The Drogheda 10K will take place on Sunday, May 4th at approx. 3pm on West Street outside St. Peter's Church. Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to the start line.
Individual Entry:
Individual entry fee is €30/person.
If you select postal delivery you will incur an additional charge.
Last date for postal entries is Tuesday 22nd April 2025.
Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
Last date for individual entries is Friday 2nd May 2025 @ 12 noon.
Group Entry:
Group entries must be for at least 10 people.
Group entry fee is €25/person.
Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
All entries for a group must be managed through one group representative.

Last date for group entries (postal/collection) is Friday 18th April 2025.
There will be no additional registrations available on race day or at number collection.
T-shirts are only applicable to the first 800 individual entries**.
T-shirts are not applicable to group entries due to the reduced entry fee.
Each finisher will receive a coveted medal at the finish line.

Yes you can, please email drogheda10k.ddac@gmail.com or fill and we will organise a group entry for your club, group entries can avail of a discount for 10 or more participants!
Individual Entry Collection:
If you did not avail of the postal option, race numbers and t-shirts** can be collected at the above times and location.
Group Entry Collection:
If you did not avail of the postal option, the group representative must collect the group entries at the above times and location and distribute to their group.
If your race number did not arrive, you can collect a replacement number on Sunday 4th May from 12noon to 2.30pm at the above location and your original number will be deleted. Group entrants should contact their group representative.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds and it is not possible to defer your registration to another year. However, we do recommend that you log in to your Eventmaster account and assign the number to a friend or family member instead.
If you wish to transfer your number to another person you can do so on Eventmaster under ‘manage my bookings’ no later than Tuesday 22nd April 2025. A transfer fee of €5 will apply for all transfers.
Changes and transfers are not available online for groups. Please contact your group representative for any changes.
NB: It is your responsibility to ensure the person you are transferring to has received your race bib. A new entry fee will be charged if a replacement number is needed.
NB: Anyone found to be running under another person's name will be disqualified.

Drogheda 10k is part of Athletics Louth 10K Championships. These awards will be presented on the day.
Prizes will be awarded at the reception in The Barbican Centre at 4.30pm.
Yes there will be portaloos available on Meat Market Lane as well as publicly accessible toilets in the Drogheda Town Centre, The Barbican Centre and the Laurence Shopping Centre.
Yes participants must be 16 years of age or older on the date of the race.
Due to a lack of demand we will not be accommodating the use of pacers.
There will be a bag drop available in The Barbican Centre, William Street.
There will be a water station at the 6KM marker and at the finish line.
There will be a reception in The Barbican Centre for everyone afterwards.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct details when you entered online.
Please check your gender, age category and club details for results purposes. Results will be based on the age categories listed below for prizes.
Your timing chip is located under the folded section of your number, please do not unfold or tamper with your number.
Your number should be visible at all times, worn on your front at chest height and secured in all 4 corners with the pins provided or magnets.
Numbers should not be worn on your back or on tri belts as this can interfere with your time being read correctly.
Please remember not to cover/ block your chip & number with your arm when turning on off watches and the start finish area. Please do not tamper with your race number in any way as this may prevent your time from being read.

Navigating parking in the town centre may pose a challenge with the start/finish line on West St. For your convenience, we've provided a link to various car parks scattered across the town, all within a 10-minute warm up from the starting line. Below is a list of designated pay parking locations to facilitate your race day preparations...
Online registration for the race will be closing at midnight on May 3rd. Don't worry if you miss the deadline – you can still register on the day at the Barbican Centre until 2:30 pm. Lace up your running shoes and join us for a memorable race day experience!
